Applications are now open for the Included VC Global Fellowship – Class of 2026, and registration takes as little as 21 seconds.

What Is the Included VC Global Fellowship?

The Included VC Fellowship is a six-month, fully funded, part-time global venture capital program, often described as a “unique VC MBA.” It is designed for aspiring venture capitalists who are serious about building a career in VC but may not have followed the traditional pathways into the industry.

The Fellowship sources and supports exceptional talent globally, particularly individuals from communities historically excluded from venture capital. Fellows gain access to world-class education, hands-on experience, and mentorship from leading investors and VC professionals across the globe.

This is not a generic online course. Included VC delivers learning and exposure that participants consistently say cannot be found anywhere else.

The Mission Behind Included VC

Included VC exists to change the face of venture capital.

The organization believes that a strong society—and a strong investment ecosystem—depends on diversity of thought, experience, and background. By increasing representation within VC, Included VC aims to create meaningful, multi-generational change across the global startup and investment landscape.

At its core, Included VC is guided by four foundational values:

  • Kindness
  • Paying It Forward
  • Don’t Compete
  • Sparkle (quite literally)

These values shape the Fellowship culture, the community, and the long-term relationships built within the Included VC ecosystem.

What Fellows Gain From the Fellowship

Included VC goes far beyond theory. The Fellowship combines deep technical knowledge with real-world application and strong community support.

Key Features Include:

  • In-depth masterclasses and foundational VC training
  • Investment committee simulations
  • Financial modeling and cap table analysis
  • Deal sourcing and due diligence
  • Term sheets, fund structure, and legal frameworks
  • Career coaching and personal brand building
  • Peer-to-peer learning and office hours
  • Mentorship from world-class investors
  • AMAs (Ask-Me-Anything sessions) with industry leaders

The program is global and virtual, with optional in-person summits that bring Fellows, Alumni, and Venture Partners together for deeper learning and connection.

Who Should Apply?

Included VC actively encourages applications from individuals who may feel they “don’t fit the typical VC profile.”

  • You should apply if:
  • You are serious about breaking into venture capital
  • You have tried (or are trying) to enter VC and faced barriers
  • You are a student, a parent, a career-switcher, or a professional from a non-tech or non-finance background
  • You value community, mentorship, and long-term impact

You do not need to already work in VC. What matters most is your commitment, curiosity, and drive.

Time Commitment & Structure

The Fellowship is part-time, allowing Fellows to work or study alongside the program. Participants should expect to dedicate 15+ hours per week, including coursework, assignments, personal development, and live sessions.

Most masterclasses and workshops take place 1–2 times per week, typically between 17:00–20:00 UK time.

Proven Impact: Hear From Fellows

Included VC alumni consistently describe the Fellowship as life-changing. Many Fellows secure VC roles during or shortly after completing the program, often crediting Included VC’s reputation, rigorous vetting, and powerful network.

Beyond professional growth, Fellows highlight the strong sense of belonging, lifelong friendships, and global support system that sets Included VC apart from traditional diversity initiatives.

As one Fellow shared, Included VC provides “all the benefits of being a ‘nepo baby’—without being born into privilege.”

Why Included VC Is Different

Included VC is not just about access—it’s about excellence, community, and long-term transformation. Fellows are challenged, supported, and empowered to grow both professionally and personally.

Once accepted, you are not simply completing a program—you are joining a global family that supports your career for life.
