Atlas Corps Leadership Institute (ACLI) is a 12-week, virtual leadership development program designed for globally minded early-career professionals who believe leadership is a choice, not a title. Delivered by Atlas Corps under Cultural Vistas, ACLI equips participants with career-ready leadership skills, global networks, and resilience—without geographic or visa barriers.
Since its launch in 2020 (formerly the Virtual Leadership Institute), ACLI has supported 870+ scholars from 85 countries, building a diverse global community of emerging leaders.
What the Atlas Corps Leadership Institute Offers

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:

Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of professional experience
OR -
High school diploma/GED with 3–5 years of professional experience

Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written)

Ability to commit 3–5 hours per week for 12 weeks

Access to reliable internet and a laptop or desktop device

Application Process
Step 1: Check Eligibility

Step 2: Submit Online Application
Complete the online form, including:

Step 3: Application Review
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis by a selection committee.
Step 4: Final Selection and Payment
Selected participants will receive an email invitation and must confirm participation by completing the program fee payment or scholarship agreement (if applicable).
Step 5: Pre-Orientation
Accepted participants complete onboarding and preparatory assignments before the program begins.
