The Outdoor Facilitation: Basic Skills & Foundations program is an immersive 8-day residential training designed to prepare participants to safely and effectively guide groups in nature-based and experiential learning environments.
Held at Bach Ma National Park near Hue City, Vietnam, from March 14 to March 21, 2026, this intensive course blends outdoor education, leadership development, and reflective practice. Participants learn how to design learning journeys, manage group dynamics, and ensure safety while facilitating meaningful experiences in natural settings.
Scholarship applications close March 1, 2026, and ticket sales end March 8, 2026.

Outdoor Leadership and Safety
Training includes risk perception, field routines, camp management, and first aid awareness to ensure responsible leadership outdoors.
Program Design and Reflection
Participants design agendas, lead sessions, evaluate learning outcomes, and build reflective leadership practices.
