Atlas Corps Leadership Institute (ACLI) 2026: Virtual Global Leadership Program for Early-Career Professionals

Atlas Corps Leadership Institute (ACLI) is a 12-week, virtual leadership development program designed for globally minded early-career professionals who believe leadership is a choice, not a title. Delivered by Atlas Corps under Cultural Vistas, ACLI equips participants with career-ready leadership skills, global networks, and resilience—without geographic or visa barriers.

Since its launch in 2020 (formerly the Virtual Leadership Institute), ACLI has supported 870+ scholars from 85 countries, building a diverse global community of emerging leaders.

What the Atlas Corps Leadership Institute Offers

ACLI is a virtual-first, immersive leadership experience combining live learning, peer collaboration, and self-paced modules.

Participants receive:

  • Structured leadership training over 12 weeks

  • Live virtual sessions with global experts and guest speakers

  • Self-paced leadership and professional development assignments

  • Small-group collaboration with peers across cultures

  • Peer mentoring and global networking opportunities

  • A digital leadership credential upon completion

  • Entry into the Atlas Corps & Cultural Vistas Alumni Network

Eligible Cultural Vistas alumni benefit from reduced participation fees.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of professional experience
    OR

  • High school diploma/GED with 3–5 years of professional experience

  • Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written)

  • Ability to commit 3–5 hours per week for 12 weeks

  • Access to reliable internet and a laptop or desktop device

Application Process

Step 1: Check Eligibility

Confirm that your education, experience, and availability align with program requirements.

Step 2: Submit Online Application

Complete the online form, including:

  • Professional background details

  • Short essay responses

  • Short video questions

Estimated time: 15–20 minutes

Step 3: Application Review

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis by a selection committee.

Step 4: Final Selection and Payment

Selected participants will receive an email invitation and must confirm participation by completing the program fee payment or scholarship agreement (if applicable).

Step 5: Pre-Orientation

Accepted participants complete onboarding and preparatory assignments before the program begins.

Key Dates and Timeline

  • Early February 2026: Applications open (rolling review)

  • 16 March 2026: Application deadline

  • 20 March 2026: Final selections completed

  • 2 April 2026: Spring 2026 cohort begins

  • 25 June 2026: Program concludes

ACLI is a fee-based program.
