What is AGYLE 2026?

AGYLE 2026 is an international leadership and exchange programme designed for young professionals and entrepreneurs working at the intersection of technology, sustainability, and economic development.

The programme connects emerging leaders from African and European markets to:

• Exchange ideas and best practices

AGYLE Live Week in Berlin, Germany (14–18 September 2026)

Join 40 selected young leaders from eight countries for an intensive week of networking, collaboration, and strategic exchange. Participants will engage with stakeholders from business and politics, present business cases, and share visions for sustainable impact.

Intercultural Collaboration

Work alongside leaders from Africa and Europe on real-world GreenTech challenges while building cross-regional partnerships.

Who Can Apply?

You are eligible for AGYLE 2026 if you:

• Are 40 years old or younger

• Have at least 3 years of executive experience or have started your own business

• Come from or have worked for at least 5 years in:

  • Kenya

  • Morocco

  • Rwanda

  • Senegal

  • Tunisia

  • Germany

  • Austria

• Are committed to creating a sustainable future
