Applications are now open for the AGYLE 2026 Young Leaders Program, an international leadership initiative that connects emerging leaders from Africa and Europe to collaborate on sustainable business innovation and economic cooperation.
AGYLE (African-German Young Leaders in Business) is designed to bring together young entrepreneurs, executives, policymakers, and innovators who are shaping the future of sustainable economies. The program focuses on strengthening cross-continental partnerships, promoting climate-smart innovation, and building long-term professional networks. Selected participants will join the AGYLE Live Week in Berlin, where they will engage in workshops, panel discussions, networking sessions, and collaborative projects focused on GreenTech, sustainable development, and economic cooperation. The program also provides access to a long-term alumni network, allowing participants to continue collaborating and building partnerships across Africa and Europe.

Eligibility

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be 40 years old or younger
  • Have at least 3 years of leadership experience or have founded a company
  • Work in fields such as business, politics, media, entrepreneurship, or innovation
  • Be committed to sustainable development and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
  • Demonstrate interest in African–European economic cooperation

Eligible applicants must come from or have worked in one of the following countries:

  • Ethiopia
  • Ghana
  • Rwanda
  • Senegal
  • Tunisia
  • Germany

Applicants must also have good English proficiency, as English is the program’s working language.
