Career opportunities for locals wanting to work with our future

Local employment charity Highway to Opportunities’ (H2O) will be hosting an event aimed at men and women interested in a career working with Children and Young People on Thursday 26th June at the Honeywell Centre.

Team Leader Habidah Usman explains ‘The day is about raising awareness of the training opportunities available for those wishing to work with children. We’ll have information on jobs across all sectors, so if you want a job working with children and young people then come along and see how we can help.’

Team Manager Donna Graham adds ‘Working with Children and young people is an important and very rewarding career. Those who work in this field play a valuable role in helping to shape the lives of future generations.’

 The event will be the first of four across the borough.
