On 2nd April 2012, the Directors of Highway to Opportunities approached a liquidator for advice on the Company's financial position. That advice culminated in a meeting of the Board of Directors being held on the 4th April 2012 at which it was resolved that the Company was insolvent. The Company ceased to trade on 31st March 2012.
